ABOUT ME

Inspired by a picture of a reef in my dentist’s waiting room, I signed up at 17 to take scuba lessons.  I had to see the beauty of the ocean with my own eyes.  What became challenging was explaining to people what I saw.  Then, my wife, Pat, came into my life 35 years ago and innocently hands me my first underwater camera.  Little did she know that that gift would stir an insatiable passion to capture marine life images to share with others.  We have been fortunate enough to travel the world, working together to capture unique images of our incredible planet both below and above the surface of the water.  Our goal through my lens has been to bring to the surface what lives below.  Pat has an incredible ability to find a subject, thus making my photography easier.  We currently live on Fresh Creek, Andros Island, The Bahamas with a focus on the local marine life as well as the sunsets over the creek.

Our photos reflect our travels throughout the Caribbean, Indonesia, Philippines, Chuuk, Palau, Hawaii, the cenotes of Mexico and other off the beaten path places.

My hope is that one of the images sparks a desire in you like it did me 43 years ago.

We do make our images available for sale on a variety of mediums and would be more than happy to connect with you to explore adding one of our images to your home or office.
